Unlike pressure washing, which relies on high-pressure water (3,000+ PSI), soft washing operates at about 60 PSI, roughly the pressure of a garden hose. The cleaning solution does the work, not the water pressure, making it safe for delicate surfaces like roofs, siding, and painted wood.

Pressure washing a roof strips protective granules from asphalt shingles and voids most manufacturer warranties. Our soft wash solution removes Gloeocapsa magma (the bacteria causing black streaks) at the cellular level without any mechanical damage to the shingles.
